So what? I don't have a problem with that. Someones age or mental state does
not excuse murder anymore than being ****ed excuses running someone down in
a car and killing them.

So you agree that killing people is wrong ?

I do? Can you point out exactly where I said that please.

Do you know the significance of placing "?" at the end of a sentence ?

Perfectly. I had assumed you thought I'd mentioned it somewhere hence my
question in return. Clearly you just pulled it out your arse as I suspected.

Killing people is perfectly legitimate in a number of situations such was war,
executions

So as long as the correct ceremonials are performed you see nothing
wrong with killing somebody irrespective of the justification for
doing so ?

Which bit of "Killing people is perfectly legitimate in a number of situations"
are you having a problem with?

Do I think military death in war is acceptable? Yes. Civilian? No.
Do I think executions are acceptable for certain crimes? Yes. In principal.

What about civilian spies or civilians who engage in acts of warfare
eg assassination and/or sabotage?

Well if you take on that sort of role you're not really a civilian anymore
are you? So yes.

Are you by any chance planning a plane-spotting holiday in Greece ?

If you're referring to this:

385.stm

the fact that they weren't imprisoned for 20 years says it all. If they had
been real spies and been shot then too bad, occupational hazard.
