Cable boxes / free to air channels ?

I'm curious what free to air channels are available on Telewest /
Virgin if I throw something like a Eurovox box on an extension...

I don't have any interest in hacking it to get non-free channels,
and know that they don't like any other equipment connected to
their incomer, but if the list is similar to freeview, it would
be a neater job than leaving the aerial on the roof :-}
