Default Searching for listings

Hi. My parents old Amstrad Sky box lately had started to display the message
in the epg "searching for listings" whenever they use the box from 1pm
through to 7pm - the listings work fine at all other times. Thinking that
the box was old and about to break they've just yesterday had installed a
new Pace Sky+ box.....and the same problem has surfaced. At exactly 1pm the
listings no longer work but when you scroll the guide to the 7pm slot the
listings magically appear - another twist is that if you move the guide
forward 24 hours then the 1pm-7pm listings appear in full on Saturday and
Sunday but then as soon as it gets to Monday 1pm the listings disappear
again and searching for listings appears again. Has anybody got any clues
what could be wrong? Surely it cannot be a signal problem as the installer
put up a new twin lnb for the Sky+ to work and the signal meter is almost on
full? Dave, Sunderland.

Sounds like somewhere something thinks the time/date is not what it is! Have
you checked with other folk to see if its a known fault?
