The ironic thing is, I bet the customer chose to use Action Aerials based
on an incredibly cheap price given over the phone initially, probably
something like £65 all in. The old foot in the door technique as used by
most aerial companies. Really get's my goat up because for those of us who
don't give misleading prices over the phone, there is a lot of work lost
to these large firms but the customer is going to get a really poor job &
end up being charged the same ( and usually a lot more) anyway. Argh...

All this is well said. It is so annoying when you are trying to trade
honestly and you know you are in competition with people who mislead over
the phone and rip off once they are on site.
