Of course. CBS does HD, FOX doesn't. What you're seeing on the FOX
channel is just 480p widescreen. It doesn't even come close to the

The FOX broadcast image that I get OTA is usually much better then it's
cable SD counterpart for me, though you are correct that it is not HD.

in HD. And NASCAR does not provide HD source even if they did.

HDTV on Fox....

Yes, there was some FOX network HD foot dragging in the past...

By mid 2004 FOX Network should have 'National' 720p HD capability...

However.. If the local FOX stations do not have a full complement
of HD equipment or CASH to handle HD, your local FOX HD feed
could be STD Def digital until the local HD conversion is
complete....
