Default SAMSUNG DVD recorder

Tesco are selling the below Samsun DVD Recorder at a very good price of
£65.00.

I think this is good brand name and very good deal. Or... is it worth
getting the ALDI PVR... me thinks?

For that money why not get both?

on the minus side it only records -R but hey for £65 quid that's
pretty damned good.

Nothing wrong in only recording -R, better than only recording +R.

Though I suppose it would be nice to record to all standards, just in case
you had those crappy +R discs around.

Without getting into the age old - vs + argument, lets just say each to
their own.
Never had any issues with +'s myself.
