Default Freeview EPG

Why on earth are they mucking around with the Freeview EPG? The thing
works, so why move things? I think they got some overpaid person sitting
down on their behind wondering what idea they should come up with so it
looks like he is doing something for is money.

There is nothing wrong with the EPG as it is, is this what we have to
put up in the digital world, for ever re-scanning?

I totally agree. I shall just arrange them back as I have them now
anyway.... BLX to the changes.

I am sure people don't, I guess that is why the don't change the EPG all
the time.

It won't until (allegedly) the 18th.

Group by theme, leaving space for new launches (seems a clear
error in the current layout) with a more sensible start location
for radio and maybe preparing for the BBC/ITV Freesat channel
layout? Might even "persuade" Sky to get BBC 3/4 and ITV 2/3
down from 115-119, behind UK Gold and Living.

Well I think it is a good idea and, given that it isn't something that
is going to happen frequently, I think you are just being a bit of a
moaning minny.

I'd just wish they'd move the Tits-Up TV channels to an area of their
own, out of the way of everything else. My current system doesn't ignore
encrypted channels, and it's a pain having to jump through a group of
channels that can't be received.
