DVD prevent restart

I use Nerovision to burn DVDs of recordings made from DigiTV or
VisionPlus and normally don't bother with menus, though do add chapters
at ends of ad's or every 15 mins.

At the end of play they start playing again from the start (unless they
do have a menu), can any DVD experts explain if it is possible to create
a DVD which stops at the end, rather than starting to play again from
the beginning - using Nerovision itself or ifoedit.

It might be your player - my Toshiba will stop playing (and eventually
switch itself off) at the end of a "single item" disc, but if there's
a menu will go back to it and run continuously.

Have looked at menus (Sony) and can't find an option have also got a
Tosh player but have kids have lost zapper so it would be awkward to
test.


However have just found an entry via ifoedit in vts_01_0.ifo under

PGC command table

called Post Command

(program chain info)

have just changed to it to Exit and am burning a DVD-RW as a test...

Anyone know if I'm on the right lines ? or an easier way with
NeroVision?
