Default Freeview box with decent EPG

I've curerently got a Daewoo setpal affair which works as well as
freeview ever will I suppose. The only problem with it is the EPG.
I wouldn't mind changing it for one that's a bit better, or are they
all a bit basic? I suppose something similar to Skys EPG would be
handy, so I can view an evenings programmes, am I asking too much
here?
I assume the dodgy spelling and incorrect program listings are
something that I'm going to have to put up with whatever?

If you're talking about the 7/8 day epg currently available for freeview
then the Sony VTX-D800U is a good bet.
This works extremely well on software versions 1.11.01 and above.

Incorrect program listings unfortunately is something one is going to have
to put up with when programs run over schedule and/or canceled due to
insufficient time. Unfortunately it does not look like the epg is updated in
this way. Certainly for the immediate forthcoming program/s

Cheers guys, I'll be looking for somewhere to test those then. I
might even get one of each as there are a few TV's here that aren't
freeviewed up at the mo, although whether that's good or not who
knows....
