I have this picture in my head of your tape library - Teletext 19/03/2003,

How did you know I was born on the 19th March?

On the subject of television interference, there can be no doubt that the most
effective solution is the one that prevents the interference from ever
occurring.

You've done it now, Bill - we'll all be round for a birthday pint ( if we
can find a pub that'll let you in! )...........

Well I was banned from one pub because Lou (younger daughter) met us in there
and the landlord spotted us together. My ban was by association. Lou was banned
because she took the **** out of him when she met him in a nightclub.
Apparently he was the only person in there over 25 and he's 45. It was known at
the time that he was shagging one on the barmaids, and Lou being an ace
diplomat mentioned it in front of the bird he was pulling in the club.
I am still banned from another pub for cutting the aerial lead in the middle of
an England match (a slightly sad story; details on request).
However, there are many pubs that haven't banned me yet, so next March 19th you
can all buy me a pint!
By the way, can anyone figure out what happened on my 20th birthday at just
after 5pm? (clue: this is NOT off topic except that everything was analogue in
those days).
