You better tell BT then.

Seriously, I was told by Sky that BT were ultimately behind the IDC, I have
no reason to think this isn't true.

A long time ago, perhaps, when "Open...." was around, but not now. I'm
almost sure this is the case.

Can't say that I do. Why, are you in a hurry?

A motoring offence is not theft or fraud.

It is still an offence though.

Okay, here is a better one.

I pay tax. Do sky execs ?

They probably pay a lot more than you as they probably have much higher
salaries.

How about.... I paid full whack for my original digibox as an early
adoptor...

Me too. So what?

Possibly a little higher.. but for a long time there were tax issues
with sky... may still be.

Not subsidised then...

Anyone who hasn't had and IDC is entitled under Sky's own T&C's to receive
the offer.

However, if you drive you most certainly drive over the speed limit.
To say you don't means you do not realise you are doing it

I obviously bow to your superior knowledge of my activities - up until
now I was under the impression that I have never driven above the
speed limit, especially since I cannot drive and have never even been
behind the wheel of a car. I do appreciate you correcting my clearly
erroneous impression. Can you tell me if I have any children I don't
know about, too?

The UK executives probably do pay their fair share of UK tax.

However, the parent company, News Corp, was renowned for many years
for paying virtually no tax anywhere in the world. There has also been
more than one instance of Sky using very creative accounting to avoid
the payment of VAT.

No, you do not as you have had to have had sex with a woman for that to
happen (or supplied sperm in a cup to a doctor, but again, impossible in
your case)
