Sour grapes anyone?

You've claimed that before, and it's still not true. Disney and Warner
Bros have also become irked over the change, because, yes, European
broadcasters are using it as a reason to negotiate lower fees.

AFAIK the only studio that reckons to have not sold something to the
BBC for this reason is Fox. The programme was 24. And the real reason
was probably either because Sky One paid more than the BBC offered, or
that Fox were happy to sell it for less in order to support Sky and
annoy the BBC. Sour grapes, like I said.

All the studios care about it - Fox is just the one that were
mentioned in the biggest story. Disney are known to be concerned, as
are Warner Brothers.

Only Fox have any issue with this that I have heard of. Perhaps you
are privy to more information.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Michael Moor film about Bush.

Disney wrecked the reputation of two of my favourite childhood books.
Disney is an evil empire.

I have little doubt that you will see Moore's film; it already has a UK
distributor.

Nope, only the same stuff posted in this group that you'll already
have read too.
