Where do you think the black market sellers source their FTV cards from?

I don't know.
They may be expired pay cards. They may be cards that they bought in
bulk before the FTV scheme ended.

Was it possible to buy in bulk?

I thought all cards had to be supplied to a specified person / UK address...
and I also thought that there was a restriction of one per address.

Presumably this is where the people selling FTV cards for £99 get

I wonder, what happens if you register your V1 card, again, with
pout?

I don't think that you can do it twice.

You can't... I already tried...
What you can do is call them up and say you want another card for a box you
bought 2nd hand ... (for use in teenage son's bedroom)

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
LOL :-)

Surely that would be classed as child abuse and would result in 10 Mr
Plod heavies getting some bizarre coded warning from Pout and then
battering your door in at 5:30am following a 6-month, 24 hour a day
surveillance investigation, as witnessed on the BBC Witch-hunt
programme last night, whilst in other parts of the country huge mobs
of drunken and drug-crazed yobs terrorise entire neighbourhoods with
total impunity due to the lack of police resources.

Britain just gets sillier and sillier.
