Default Thomson DTI-1000, New Installation Question

Hello,

My brother in law has just purchased this box and I've installed it for him.
Location is north Peterborough and transmitter is Waltham. House has had new
single aerial professionally installed. Set up went fine but channels
relating to MUX C all suffer from bad break-up - all others are rock solid.
Meter shows strong signal on all channels. Box did a software update during
set-up.

Question is:

Was there just a local problem with MUX C on Waltham over the weekend

Is there a known issue with this box and this sort of problem

Any other clues?

Thanks all

Rob H
