TiVo to finish in October

TiVo will no longer be available in New Zealand from
the end of October. The service was launched in 2009
[in New Zealand] to much fanfare but failed to gain
a substantial footing.

"TiVo has been bringing entertainment to New Zealand
since 2009. Unfortunately all good things must
eventually come to an end, and with our TiVo licence
expiring this year, 31 October, 2017 marks the
discontinuation of the TiVo service," TiVo said.
