Default PIN

The wife likes to record films in the afternoon - Sky HD box.
She can watch all of these films but some are asking for a PIN to record
them.
I have no idea what the PIN is.
If I ring Sky will they tell me?

suggestion I spotted was check the last four numbers on your viewing card

slot.
