Default help required please

My Pace box, now 4 years old seems to be getting low in contrast and
brightness. Its not the TV, only when going thru the sky-box. If its time
to change the box will my subscription card work on another set
(second-hand)

Thanks
John in Kent

This is a FAQ. You will need to ring Sky and inform them of the
change.
