Default Local Channels but No local affiliate available...

Basically the market that you are in ''owns'' you and you have no
choice. However, if you qualify, in which you probably will seeing
how there are no affiliates in your area, you should be able to buy a
national feed of the networks that are not available in your DMA even
at this time and when the locals become available.

Yeah, but unfortunately for some, UPN and WB don't serve enough
weekly programming hours to qualify as a *network*. The only networks
available nationally to those with no local network affiliate are
ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, and PBS.
