Why are Dish 7200 Dishplayers selling for so much on ebay??
Dishplayer 7200's are selling for $400 used on ebay.
Isn't the current model 510 PVR more or less equivalent? 510's are selling from Dish standalone for $299. What is it I don't understand here?? Thanks BE

One tuner vs. two tuner. You need the two-turner model to watch one

Dishplayers are pricey because they are largely ECM-immune, so hackers love them and fight over them like jackyls at a lion kill when one comes available. ....Sean.

Probably because they never heard of Tivo.I have 2 Dishplayers in storage
