Pioneer 810 Software Upgrade?

My SAT box received a message from Pioneer last night that a software
upgrade had been performed. The message provides no specific info. Does
anyone have any info regarding what the upgrade is/does? Or suggest
where I might locate the specifics?

If it is 5.2.2 it was an update to improve picture quality.

The update was to 5.2.2 for Pioneer DVR units such as the 810 and the
57. You probably should not have received it if you do not have a DVD
recorder.

I knew what your header was. In the body of your message you said SAT
box. I took that to mean satellite box so I thought it was a DirecTV
box. I thought that the Pioneer boxes were standalone RF units not
satellite boxes.
