Re-Incorporating in the United States. Moving from Australia.

So this is why I have 9 mysterious shares of News Corp in my protfolio!
They came from thier purchase of Directv from Hughes!

Hope Murdoch doesn't force any more of his inane programming
sensibilities onto DirecTV because of this.

Murdoch is in business to make money, regardless of whether your
programming sensibilities are obeyed.

But then again, this is why I have Tivo.


There's getting close to a million DirecTivos now, and they are coming
out with a HD version; hopefully close to a critical mass whereby he'd
buy Tivo rather than dump it. I love my Tivo, and I certainly hope
DirecTv can see its way clear to stay with Tivo. Murdoch's science
advisor has hinted otherwise.
