I have found when I cancel a season pass, "View Recording History" continues to
show each deleted episode forever as "Won't Record". A call to customer support advised I must clear and reset entire system to make those cancelled season passes not continually show in Recording History. There has got to be a better way, anyone?? |

I didn't realize that...are you sure? I know they appear for a while, which should be expected. I thought they eventually stopped, as in after a month or so. How long ago did you cancel the SP in question? |

I am sure, I have been waiting to see them go away. They were cancelled several
weeks ago! I figured they would go away afer next call, but customer support says no, must clear and reset! I need to either clear or live with all the stupid mistakes I made when originally setting up the season passes ![]() Bao H. Unless you deleted the season pass before January, you'll still see values. I checked my recording history for a show that I had a season passes for, but deleted the season passes in November, and it doesn't list anywhere. It did list for several weeks at the time. At the time you delete the season pass, all of the shows on the To Do list from the season pass, get updated to wont record, and all of the future shows in recording history also get updated to wont record, reason season pass deleted on date at time. So until the furthest date in the future (2 weeks out) is beyond the furthest date in the past (2 weeks back) they'll still be on the list. Total of 4 weeks. As of today, 1/16/04. There shouldn't be any entries with December or February dates in recording history or the To Do list. |

The oldest item in my History list today is dated 1/2 which is more recent than usual. You can avoid seeing the "stupid mistakes" by not looking in Recording History. |

That definitely makes sense, after seeing them there for several weeks, they
don't appear beyond 1/18. Too bad Tivo Technical Support couldn't figure that out after being on hold almost 30 minutes. Thanks!! ![]() Matt wrote: Gloria wrote in ink.net: Bao H. A call to customer support
advised I must clear and reset entire system to make those cancelled season passes not continually show in Recording History. There has got to be a better way, anyone?? Why is this a problem? Am I missing something? |

It's not, now that I know it will resolve after 4 weeks. Would not want to have
to forever see the cancelled season passes.
