Default Sony VPL-HS1 Problem

Hi, having a problem with my vpl-hs1, am ready to send it in for
service but I figured I'd ask here first and see if any of you know of
a fix I can do at home for this (or even what the problem is). The
projector is a month shy of being 2 years old, and in the past couple
days I've started to get what looks like image ghosting on any line on
the screen. Black lines seem to project a shimmery purple image of
themselves, and White lines project a shimmery green image. I use
this projector for dvd's and my xbox, so with the video games being a
common use, you can imagine this is quite a problem. Any ideas what
might be causing this? Thanks!

Does it do it on any input? What about the on screen menu?

Yup, on all 3 inputs, and on the menus as well with nothing plugged
in. Interference was what I had originally thought too, and I ran
around my room moving components and getting new cables, no such luck
on that.
