Just looking at one of these which on the face of it seems to offer BT
Sports and Sky movies for free.

Does it and is it legal?

It'll either require you to give it BT/SKy credentials for your paid
subscription, or it'll be illegal ...

Or it won't work and be in at least French but more probably Serbo Croat.

Never heard of it.

Oh. Kodi is an app you could install on a FireTV (or FireTV Stick) until
Amazon banned it last summer as it facilitates piracy. If you want Kodi
you'll need a different device.

Banned? I have Kodi installed on the latest Fire TV box. They don't
make it easy for you but it can be done. It works just fine. I use it
mostly for listening to internet radio. I can't imagine why this would
be any less legal than using Kodi on a Windows PC to do exactly the
same thing, which is what I used to do before I got the Amazon box.

Kodi is installable on Sony's range of Android TVs. How long that lasts...
