The caravan club magazine is carrying adverts for the Avtex 21.5" LED
TV/DVD/PVR with HD Freeview and HD Satellite, DVB-T2 and DVB-S2
Seem to be at caravan dealers only and a high price £449.
The advert does not say what it records onto. Personal would not be
recording in a caravan anyway.

Are these sort of TV's available in normal TV dealers, High Street or
On-line branded differently and more reasonably priced?
19" would be a more preferable size for my use. This is the first TV in
Duel voltage I have come across with DVB-T2 and that is of interest, as I
wish to change mine for the lower wattage LED from my LCD model.
Regards
David

Never quite understood why people go on a caravan holiday - then spend
beautiful summer evenings watching TV. ;-)

David,

Why is your newsreader configured so that your reply appears as a sig.?
It can often get missed entirely like that.
And as this reply shows, it gets chopped off from any further replies.

Missing section:
"March to end of October ourselves.
Regards
David"

....snip...

I'm reminded of staying on a site near Barcelona. The Germans and Dutch
were there and they had large caravans and had essentially created complete
living rooms under awnings outside. They were there for "the duration"
(most of the summer according the few we spoke to) and came with large
satellite dishes, very big TVs and fridges and freezers larger than we had
at home etc.

But then there are worse things than spending the summer in the north of
Spain - I'm not sure anywhere in the UK would be quite as enticing.

The stupidity of Windows Live Mail? Or of the user? I have never used
the former.

Well what the tv is for is so that if you have to take granny with you you
can leave her in front of the telly while you go out.

I've just copy/pasted "Avtex 21.5" LED TV/DVD/PVR" from your posting
straight into Google. If you do the same, you'll find this TV is available
for £327.99 from Amazon. It'll take you about 5 seconds.
