Well I'm sorry, but surely its obvious the two are different and in my
view.. ug, there is no conflict here. The uses are different and the names
are as well.

Are they employing the public is stupid idea again here?

You don't find folk going into Curries wanting to by food do you?

I'm not so sure they are so different in IP terms. If you go to the
link provided at the IPO, and scroll down to "List of goods or
services", the last one is:

Class 38: Providing access to computer databases; telecommunication
services.

Isn't YouView just a database of television programmes that can be
retrieved at will?
