Hi all,
I have a Sagemcom DTR67500T that I bought in Oct 2010. I wish to do some maintenance on the recorder And have watched all the pre recorded programmes stored on the 500 GB hard drive, I would like to format the drive before recording on it again. I cannot seem to find any information on doing this either in the Manuel or in the settings on the menu! Can you help please? Mick. |

A lot of Manuels can be difficult to understand, although it may help if you can speak Spanish. Some of them may even be fawlty. lol ![]() Perhaps if the partition table is wiped (using a PC), firmware might initiate a rebuild. Perhaps try this with a scrap drive? In case anyone else has a Sagemcom DTR675OOT hard disc freeview recorder, I have had a reply from Sagemcom support that the drive cannot be formatted in the unit. Mick. |

Is the filesystem corrupted? Do you mean just reinitialising the filesystem, or some kind of surface format to sort out bad sectors? -- Max Demian |

I just wanted to find out if I could do it with the Sagemcom. It is not important just me thinking too much !!!!! Mick. |
