How bad does a sci-fi series have to be for no geek to bother writing a wikipedia page for it? As only one episode has been made available so far (just two weeks ago) it is rather early days for a Wikipedia page. Early article about the project at "L5 – New science fiction mini series could be amazing" http://www.liveforfilms.com/2010/08/27/l5-new-science-fiction-mini-series-could-be-amazing/ Review of first episode at "L5 – The Kind Of Show And Series Model We’ve Been Waiting For" http://www.threeifbyspace.NET/2012/02/2032/ |

Would you pay to download One man and his dog or maybe you prefer vintage Blue Peter? I would pay to download a documentary broadcast in 1971 in which I very briefly appeared. However I very much doubt that a copy was kept and even if it did exist it would certainly not be cost-effective to digitise it just for me. -- Dave |

Sorry but I pay a licence fee to produce these programmes, why should I pay again? because the payment is to "keep a copy" tim |

Because all the programmes will have to be made available for a computer. There will be the cost of the equipent and the time of staff/contractor in transferring the material onto the computer. Why Barcelona and not Blackpool/Bournemouth/Broadmoor? Possible a Fawlty Towers reference? -- From KT24 Using a RISC OS computer running v5.18 |

Don't know that it does, but it is an extra revenue stream, which they are looking for now that they have agreed not to increase the license fee for several years Why Barcelona and not Blackpool/Bournemouth/Broadmoor? Now don't be silly, what's in a name? tim -- Martin |
