Default TOT - Old movie clip, how to identify???

You guys come up with all kinds of information and, having exhausted all
other sources I could think of...

My son sent me a link for a clip and wanted to know how he could
identify it...

http://i37.tinypic.com/s5ifkz.jpg

Any ideas??

I tried Googling etc. but without any joy, apparently it was used in a
promo for a track called "Yes Maam (all night long)"

I've definitely seen this clip before ... I *think* it might be from
"Porgy And Bess" (or whatever Gershwin (?) musical it is that has
"Summertime" as its most famous number) ???

Porgy and Bess was in colour in 1959.

That clip is much earlier, and more likely to be from something like
this,
