Default Lost BBC freeview on USB Terratec/cinergy USB dongle.

Rescanned for freeview ( Malvern transmitter) after 7 Sept as required
for TVs.
My TV finds all BBC channels but although my PC USB dongle finds BBC
channels but it says No Signal -- ITV channels fine.
Can anybody help solve.

Thanks Norm

De and re-install the software. It may be trying to do an 'add
channels' scan rather than a complete restart. You may find the
missing channels upwards of 800.

Thanks for suggestion.
Further investigation shows two BBC1 channels each w ith 100% signal
stength. The one chosen by the software to put in " TV favourites"
didnt work. Manually deleted it and chose the other which works fine.
