has anybody in the lincoln area found itv4 keeps breaking down (bad
pixilation),the signal is from the waltham arial.

I think you will find that Yesterday, Film 4, VIVA and a few others ate breaking up
to the same degree as ITV4 because they share the same multiplex.

Not too long till the end of August, and your problems will probably resolve themselves.
