That says:

"BBC Two carries four regions for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland. For a BBC TWO HD to appear in the Sky EPG at position 102, the
BBC would need to provide four versions of BBC TWO HD."

It doesn't say that there will be BBC TWO HD at the moment.

Are there any indications from the BBC when this is aimed to start?

Last indication from the BBC was NO more HD channels until, at least, 2013!

Yes, Nagler has stated that the BBC will consider starting
BBC-2 HD when there is enough [BBC-2 like] material to fill
the BBC-2 schedule.

I see that in addition to BBC1HD and BBCHD there are two other channels
on that transponder. 6942 which seems to broadcast nothing, and 6945
which is a duplicate of BBCHD (I didn't check if it has duplicate
streams or shares the actual BBCHD streams).

Interesting to see what else they squeeze into the transponder on Monday.

A lot of people are expecting a temporary 3D channel JUST FOR Wimbledon!

There is no way they have the material to make this permanent but they are
known to want to broadcast some of their experimental coverage this year.
