Default Windows Media Center EPG

I've got a PC running Windows 7 Media Center. I can receive Freeview and
Freesat.

I've just found an new Freesat channel CBS Reality +1. When viewing the
EPG for this channel it only shows the program that is on and the
following program. I have updated the 'Guide' but this still persists.

Also can anyone tell me the frequencies for the other CBS channels?

MythTV to the rescue!

mysql SELECT name,frequency,polarity,symbolrate,modulation,mod_ sys,fec
FROM dtv_multiplex LEFT JOIN channel USING (mplexid) WHERE name LIKE 'cbs%';

+---------------+----------+-----+----------+------+--------+-----+
| name | freq | pol | symrate | mod | modsys | fec |
+---------------+----------+-----+----------+------+--------+-----+
| CBS Reality+1 | 11261170 | h | 27500000 | qpsk | DVB-S | 2/3 |
| CBS Drama | 11343000 | v | 27500000 | qpsk | DVB-S | 2/3 |
| CBS Action | 11222170 | h | 27500000 | qpsk | DVB-S | 2/3 |
| CBS Reality | 12523000 | v | 27500000 | qpsk | DVB-S | 2/3 |

The Media Center built in guide is a bit of a mess. It downloads it's own
data which has loads of out of date info, so some channels will say no
signal as they've moved, some have ceased broadcasting but are still in
there.
Do a full satellite transponder scan, you'll then have your missing
channels in the high numbers. Then download guidetool from
http://1geek1tool.com/guidetool which makes renumbering & merging a breeze
& it will subscribe you to the correct guide listing for the channel.
