Phillips are moving out of the TV receiver manufacturing business.

A classic case of innovative design, but poor execution and quality control.
In many ways its the same stroy as many of the old UK manufacturers.

And rightly so. After two excellent sets, my third CRT one died just
outside warranty with a major PS fault which made it uneconomic to repair.

No more Philips products for me.
