Set the Humax 9200T to record :-
itv1 2000 - 2200 Poirot ch 4 2000 - 2100 Chilean Mine Documentary Both failed to start at 2000, and both only started recording at 2058. Now is this a new Humax bug, or a weird mux fault where the SI data for programme start was missed? Anyone else? Richard |

A couple of minutes after the start time, I spotted that the red light wasn't on so I started it manually. -- Steve Hayes, South Wales, UK -- please remove colours from address |

Does it record strictly by the start and end times or does it use the over-the-air "start signal"? -- Peter Duncanson (in uk.tech.digital-tv) |

As an aside my Humax Freesat PVR failed to record Downton Abbey on ITV1 HD on Sunday 17th October. A colleague also with the same model, had the same failure. Also I noticed this Tuesday the Humax had 'lost' its series link for Mad Men on BBC HD. -- Mark Please replace invalid and invalid with gmx and net to reply. www.paras.org.uk |

In my day, I'm sure the DOC, or whatever it's now called, used to change that in the early hours. Richard |

I believe Sony PVRs, for example, do the common sense thing and also use the start and stop times in the EITpf table? But bugs in the Freesat Humax....! Richard |

Maybe for some reason the start recording signals weren't sent from your transmitter. -- WCZ |

And is the box a "Accurate Record" type? i.e. you just select the programme in the EPG? Richard |
