But those who only want audio, will they be charged. I'm already getting a

I often download TV shows such as "Question Time" onto my MP3 player, discarding the video. Yes, why do they send a crew hundreds of miles to show a reporter standing outside of a building, simply to tell viewers something that could be just as easily and meaningfully imparted by the studio bound newsreader? |
