Default LG flat panel screen TV dead.

My elderly neighbour called me round as she said can I sort her TV out.
I plugged it into the mains socket, red light on front came on. as soon as I
pressed remote control it went off but screen and sound nothing.
She as thrown receipt and CC statement away so no idea just how old. I
would think over a year but maybe not two. It maybe she paid for an
extended warranty but she can't remember, was from Richer Sounds who do do
extended warranties.
A hard question for you but any advise welcomed, I advised her to contact
Richer Sounds as they have always been good to me.
Regards
David

Hi,

A history / record trawl of her banking / card facilities should reveal most
all necessary in co-partnership / partnership with the organisations in
question (retailer, bank, card issuer, card operator, etc.).

Best wishes,

P.s. Recognise that this is not the easiest, most convenient or quick, etc.
route or method but perhaps most likely to be most effective. The previous
consideration of try the retailer direct first is probably the most
sensible. : - )

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "David"
saying something like:

Richer Sounds are quite decent and I don't see them trying to get out of
it, if it's the case there is a warranty.
