Poor argument. Everyone makes mistakes. That's why Quality Assurance was
invented.

Captions (especially those that might be seen by millions of viewers) should
be written by one person, and checked by another (preferably a nit-picking,
anal-retentive, annoying git). That way you wipe out the vast majority of
mistakes. Some, like this one, would almost certainly never get through.
