1/3" thick. Presumably, the 3D technology is active-shutter glasses,
although it doesn't say so he http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2010/...wood-producer/ Very impressive, but I'd rather they put more effort into reducing the size of the frame than the thickness because it's the frame that contributes to how much a large TV dominates a room. -- Dave Farrance |

Wonder where the electronics and connectors are. If in the stand it will be hard to hang it on a wall, I think how ever thick a TV is it is the distance from a wall that matters. I suppose the ultimate set up will be a display panel as thin as possible and the electronics and aerial and other connectors in a separate control box. Regards David |

Why oh why etc. I have heard of a few horror stories with them, the onboard EPG is a bit weak, but I only really use mine as a HDMI display so no problem, glad I got one while they were available. |

I had 2 x 40XF's before but both LCD's failed, one for pixels the other banding. When the second went TU I was lucky enough to fall into the 'model unavailable' bracket will you accept a ZF. I was looking for a ZF for my kids at Xmas and could not find one anywhere even ebay, plenty of XF's mind with the sellers wanting near £500. Some Philips have narrow bezels and good reviews. http://www.unbeatable.co.uk/product/.../84655875.html |
