Granted there are a lot of those in LA but most of it is drivel - wait, like the rest of cable. Who knew? G² |

Granted there are a lot of those in LA but most of it is drivel - wait, like the rest of cable. Who knew? Plenty of people. But few of them frequent this newsgroup, as evidenced by the very condescending opinions a few years ago that something like this would NEVER happen, that the switch to digital was a switch to HD, because there simply would NEVER be enough eyeballs to support the "drivel" subchannels of old movies and rerun TV shows and whatnot. Wake me when OTA sub-channel "drivel" has programming like ESPN, fX, and the rest of cable's drivel. Nothing down here except a redundant weather channel, some Spanish language programming, and a few audio channels. |
