NO!

8VSB and QAM are *modulation* methods, both used with ATSC signals (8VSB
with OTA; QAM with cable.)

created by the ATSC (the group) which is the Advanced Television Systems
Committee.

According to the EE's "all signals are analog signals!"


Wrong again. The EEs will tell you that the *carrier* is analog, not the
video signal. You sure get confused easily.
