Just to update on this problem, it seems that Winter Hill's service tables
have not been properly updated to reflect the changes.
Here's what is being flagged in the transmissions at present - notice the
incorrect information for UHF56 and UHF60:

Ta. I usually get 7 muxes and 114 programmes, but on a retune can get 9
muxes and... 21 programmes.

Finally got BBC1 and BBC2 on my mum's Inverto 7000 PVR last night after
what felt like a dozen retunes. Up to then, it had resolutely refused
to find ch 62 (Mux A?)
