If Sky do stop them working as FTV cards, they will stop working regardless of what box they are in. The FTV functionality does not require a card to be paired to a given box.. This is something that doesn't get mentioned often, but there is (or was) a DPA issue about re-selling cards. Mine was an ex-subscription card, and by the time I got it, it would not decode any subscription channels purely FTV. However, connecting a phone line and navigating interactive sky customer services view your statement dial it would bring up a profile of the original owner. I just tried it again and it says something like can't connect to service so it might not be so much of an issue. -- Graham. %Profound_observation% |
