what does your nice large panel run at.

My Toshiba 40" is pulling 1.5 amps (290W).

something wrong here. That current gives 290W if the voltage is 193v.

at the normal 240v, 1.5A equates to 360W.

I am using a Maplins Energy Monitor L61AQ

Voltage = 226
Watts = 290
Amps = 1.5
