I lived at the next station up the line from him in the originals and all
the late train excuses were ones that I heard every day and they were for a
valid route. Now he has excuses for stations that one train would not travel
to. This year I've actually had two brand new late train excuses, Gapped the
points at Ashford and a misaligned train at Eastbourne.
