I'm looking for a 32" LCDTV that is 1080p
Vizio makes one in that size that is 1080p and is sold at Sam's club Looks like I can get additional 3 year warranty from Sam's for extra $80 Good idea to do this for a Vizio set? |

I have heard that Vizio does not provide replacement parts. If true, an extended warrantee makes sense. |

For a Vizio TV? *Yes, I think you'll need an extended warranty. *Trouble is, collecting on it may be problematic. *Extended warranties from retailers are often riddled with unexpected pitfalls and snafus. *The good news is I don't expect Sam's to go tits up like Circuit City did. -- jer email reply - I am not a 'ten' Couldn't you just use that $80 to buy a Samsung/Sony/Toshiba/etc. |

I own a Vizio for almost 3 yrs now... no problems (knock wood).
However, $80 sounds like a good deal, I would make sure the coverage is in home not carry-in service. wrote in message ... That's a good point Andy. Shipping and insurance costs being where they are, having to cover those costs outside of a warranty could be a surprise. -- jer email reply - I am not a 'ten' |
