Look on the bright side.. It can't do any worse than ITV is and it's
probably better than watching QVC or live roulette (or whatever they have on
these days). q

Crap ones, obviously, which almost nobody will watch. How this can meet
the so-called spectrum efficiency criteria that Ofcom likes to witter on
about God only knows.

If nobody watches the advertising income will dry up and it will be
"bye, bye, Quest".
