Depending on the stand or table you place your HDTV on, any of them
should be accessible. If you're thinking about the connections on the
back, with the thin panels, and a TV stand with wheels, it should be
easy to reach them.

If you define what you mean by "accessible", you'll probably get more
helpful responses.

Mount the TV on a turn table. Leave as much room between it and
the wall as is necessary to access the connections. Open rack,
rather than glass fronted cabinet, for components helps too.

Cable clutter can be disguised with a simple black (or color of
your choice) cloth draped behind the component rack, with cable
slits for each component.
