Comag SL100HD

Makro is offering a Comag SL100HD portable 'High Definition' satellite
system for £99.99 [plus VAT] the picture in the ad shows a 'rec' light and
the words 'PVR ready' on the front of the receiver, although I can't find
any mention about a recording facility in the spec, does anyone have any
clues?

The photo [including the model number] on their flyer is 'identical' to the
one in this link http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=91446
however in the Makro text the model number is given as CHD 1000.

Maplin do the SL100HD, code A36HN, looks like you can have a USB hard
drive from a quick scan of the manual. Oh, and Maplin's price is less
than Makro once you add the VAT. Of course, if you can sly it into your
office supplies then.....

Thanks, although I notice that the Makro version comes complete with dish,
LNB with a two year warranty, does that apply to the Maplin one as well?

Don't suppose you would know if it included some sort of timer menu, as in a
Freeview PVR, or whether it's capable of recording HD programmes?
