"The six channels in the running for the Best Non Terrestrial Channel
Award are Dave, E4, BBC Three, BBC Four, ITV2 and Sky One."

What they mean is "Best Digital-Only Terrestrial Channel",

but maybe that's too long to fit on the award. :¬)
